Frequently asked questions.

Do you take insurance?

I am not in-network with any insurance providers at this time. I can offer Superbills for individual therapy sessions which can be submitted directly by you to your insurance for possible reimbursement. If you have a FSA or HSA you may also be able to use these funds for individual or group sessions.

How much do sessions cost?

Individual Psychotherapy Sessions: $205/50 minutes

Group Psychotherapy/Wellness Sessions: $45/session, $200/5 sessions, $375/10 sessions

What kind of treatment modalities do you use?

I take a client-centered approach and first will collaborate with you to determine our goals for your therapy. Based on these goals and your presenting concerns, we’ll decide together the direction we want to go. If you’re interested in specific modalities, I’m trained in EMDR, CBT, and IPT and regularly utilize mindfulness and self-compassion exercises in my work with clients.

Do I have to have a mental health diagnosis to join a pregnancy or postpartum group?
