About Me

I am a licensed psychotherapist with over 7 years of experience in treating depression, anxiety, PTSD, and perinatal mental health concerns. My work is rooted in a heartfelt dedication to guiding individuals through the transformative phases of their reproductive journey and significant life transitions. I aim to provide collaborative, compassionate, and empathetic support and healing, especially as past traumas often resurface during these critical times of change and growth.

After completing my undergraduate degree at Northwestern University, I earned my Master of Science in Social Work (Advanced Clinical Practice) from Columbia University's School of Social Work. Committed to deepening my expertise, I've gained certification in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) from Postpartum Support International, along with additional training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT).

At the heart of my practice is a client-centered approach. I believe in the transformative power of building self-compassion and self-awareness, especially in periods of uncertainty and alchemy. My goal is to create a supportive and empathetic space where you can explore, question, and grow. With each session, we collaboratively work towards unlocking personal strengths and fostering lasting change.

Whether you are navigating the complexities of perinatal change, embarking on a new career, personal venture, or relationship, or seeking healing from past trauma to deepen your self-awareness, I am committed to accompanying you with empathy, expertise, and attentive care. Let’s embark on this journey together towards a more empowered and fulfilling life.
